Loved the heavy sprint at the nooner. Thanks guys for keeping the programming funky fresh. As for the Power Cindy, I thought I'd done her but alas, I can not find a record of her and I didn't write my time on the board. Suffice it to say, I felt great with the 8 round + 2PC effort. All pull ups were done without assistance ( I don't think I could have done this with out the game of Horse the other night. Having to do 8 pull ups in a row after Barry helped me break through my mental block of 4 in a row.)

Nate, I'm signed up for the 6 pm too with maybe a Becky, I'm going to get there early to row and that may be all I do. My neck is still a little sore from Sunday so I'll take an easy week as I was informed that I need more rest. Is Saturday morning an official make-up session according to Zen Planner? Would I be able to do my Power Cindy during that class? Also, 35 rounds is simply beyond the realm of believability. That's 630 power cleans in addition to normal Cindy and all totaled works out to 1.4 reps per second not including transferring. Unless Seth is 9 feet tall, green, with purple stretchy pants, I think somebody's trying to pull a fast one here. Oh, that's a reference to the Incredible Hulk in case anyone is confused. And I'm just assuming the Hulk is 9 feet tall, I don't really know for sure.
Hey, you know what I just did? I signed up my WODs for the next two weeks in ZP and I feel great! No shit. Like a big relief because I put it out there and now I have to go NO MATTER WHAT. I can't say "Too much work" (isn't there always) or "Too tired" (yeah, so what) or "Too old" (take a look at that wheelchair sitting in your mom's room, Lis -- stay strong or that will be you!) 5pm class -- I'm there tonight! Melissa, prepare to put up with the Darshinator!
Oh my, yeah, last night... Sue found some new combinations of swear words that would make even the most jaded foul language aficionados blush. It was both scary and awesome at the same time. I wish I coulda caught traveling mikes face for that one :) I am signed up for the 6pm class, so someone please be there to train me! I have also heard vague promises from Kirk and Chris to 6pm WOD as well. Hopefully these prophecies will hold true....

Lots of opportunity to put rowing meters in the "bank" today. The WOD is a shorter one, so pile those meters on during pre and post WOD periods, if you can. The rowing will help to keep you warm and limber. Think of it like riding a road bike -- not every ride has to be super-aggressive and for time -- some days, you're just putting in the meters and working the kinks out. And, if you think you have no chance of making 100K this month (or 60K) in rowing, it would behoove you to still try, as you never know, there might be some sort of secr
Hey CFW peeps! This month of programming is a little different and should be fun. It will require athletes and coaches to work together in that you will be keeping track of your own times for work and rest during the WOD's. These WOD's have different time set-ups and are all out sprints! Look for this on the boad AFAUC...As Fast as you can. As with all CF WOD's you should have nothing else to give at the end of each WOD. Go heavy go fast..keep form! At the start of each WOD your coach will go over the workout with the group and then you can set your equipment up. Warm ups are going to be a little longer and per Melissa your cool downs are going to be just as important. So please come in ready to listen to what your coach is going to explain. That Seth guy WAS unreal. I think Barry is right, he might be a Warewolf or something. I did PC for the first time Sunday, so I'll have to do it again in a month and get back to you. I think I can get better.
I missed PC last month, but I did it last October and did 6 rounds + 2 PC's @ 125#, last night: 8 rounds + 9 PC's @ 135. Felt good about that! In other news, it has come to my attention that my reply-to-all email attempts for the 100 Club Organization thing didn't reach you all! To summarize: 1) Communicating via reply-to-all emails is going to chaos 2) I set up a private forum message board here. 3) Register and await to be approved. I promise it will streamline things and make for happier planning and whatnot! PS - Seth KILLED it last night! Wow.
I feel like Seth has to be a figment of someone's imagination. 35 rounds has to be beyond some barrier of physics and at 165 #s.
