Pull. Up.

Pull-up.

We use this word all the time in CrossFit. It’s a sign of strength, a goal achieved, a mark of fitness.

Break the word down into two parts: PULL UP . . . as in something you do for someone else. And those two words are all those same things we just talked about: a sign of strength, a goal achieved, a mark of fitness. Just now you’ve earned them by helping somebody else too.

So once you’ve pulled yourself up, pull somebody else up.

This is CrossFit. Don’t just work it. Live it.
