Doing More of What You Hate?

Some folks complained about a workout this week. It involved wall climbs. They didn't like 'em. At all.You know what that tells me?They grew. They were out of their comfort zone. They stretched, they reached, and they achieved -- even if they didn't want to.And that's all good. That's what I want. That's what I'm looking for. Mission accomplished, at least for that day. I'm not here to make you feel good: I'm here to help you achieve what you might not on your own. And that's why you come to me for coaching. That's why you read these words here. You're smart enough to realize that you can use my skills to help you reach your goals.Coach Greg Glassman once said: "Let me know what you hate and don't like and we'll do more of that."Exactly. Guess what we'll be doing again in the future? Yup. Wall Climbs. You're going to achieve more than you ever dreamed was possible.
