One of my all time fave Crossfit memories was with Karen. I wanted so badly to Rx a workout and Karen helped me do it! It may have taken a long time, but Karen and I stuck at it and 150 wall ball later, for the first time ever there was a little 'Rx'd' next to my name. Thanks Karen! Maybe we should catch up again this week for a few quiet wall balls!

@Dan, I did not! Though I was tempted and still probably only hit the wall maybe 20-30 times. Mostly due to fatigue I reckon :)

Damn, that #@!t is deep! Karen is one of those wod's that brings back memories for me. I remember doing it on the old place with Sue and D-Train. We went one at a time and I remember dreading picking up that 20# medicine ball, especially after watching everyone else suffer through it. I clocked in around 12 minutes back then and it was HORRIBLE. Last night, clocked in a good 4-5 minutes faster, and, well, it was HORRIBLE! Horrible in a strangely good way though. My thighs are toasty today and I feel pretty good about it all. Yup. I like Karen. I have a cousin named Karen too. She is nice. But I like the workout too, its simple, brutal, and as much as I hate to say it, probably pretty good for you. Wallballing seems to be one of them perfect, all encompassing movements. I have already said too much.
So many of our friends are like Karen. Linda, Grace, Fran...It is great to have so many difficult women in the dating rotation!
