Is Anything Holding You Back?

How often do you drink alcohol? Once a week? Once a day? Once a month? Once a year?Does it help you towards your goals? Or hinder your progress?Many people find alcohol to be a fun treat of life as an adult. But we are foolish if we don't at least consider it in the context of our lives, our workouts, and our health.If you've reached all your goals and you're happy with all your decisions, that's fantastic. Stop reading and go do something else.But if you're not where you want to be, what's holding you back? And are you willing to sacrifice to reach your goals? Alcohol, food, sleep, exercise -- all of these factors matter in goal accomplishment. So what are your goals worth to you? And are you willing to pay the price?I'm not going to quote articles or rail about alcohol -- or food, or sleep, or other forms of exercise. There are arguments for and against everything in this life. Just look at your life and decide if you're good with where you are.
