Every morning, shortly after waking, I read passages from seven books. I don’t read more than a page or a chapter, just long enough to catch something to ruminate upon, but not long enough to get me lost. It’s morning, and I’ve got stuff to do!
This routine takes me two cups of coffee, or about 35 minutes in real time. It’s an energizing and thought-provoking start to my day. Combine this with a 5-minute meditation session on the Simply Being app, and I am good to go!
