Tell Your Fear to Stuff It

It's not the jump that is important. It's the conquering of the fear.

The jump might save your workout, but the ability to tell your fear to go to hell can change your life.

So many people, in so many ways in life, are scared to do what they want to do. Don't be one of them.

Step up. Do what you fear to do. Sure, it will be scary. But when you're done? You'll look back and see nothing but vapor.

You will own this life you live.

You will own your fear, instead of your fear owning you.

You will own yourself.

The ground is always a long way down. So what.

Jump.
