Just Keep Working

What were you doing for fitness 10 years ago today?

If you were like me, you were running and doing machines and free weights at some globo-gym. It certainly did not produce the results, the fun, or the community that CrossFit does now for me.

The reason I ask is that 10 years ago today, CrossFit published the first CrossFit Workout of the Day on the internet.

10 years.

And look at us now. Look at yourself now.

If you're at all like me, you finally found what you had been looking for all your life and you're damn sure not ever going back to what you did before.

There are those who would disagree with this form of exercise and this lifestyle.

But you know what? So what. Someone gave me a great piece of advice last week: "Ignore the drama. F*** the haters. Go front squat."

Bingo.We don't need to celebrate this birthday, we just need to keep working hard -- in the gym and on our lives. Thanks, CrossFit. Time for some front squats. Yum.
