Age

Age is just a number.

It's important and yet utterly irrelevant.

Huh?

Age is as important as you make it.

It can be an explanation:

  • "He's young, he didn't understand."

  • "She's old and doesn't hear so well."

It can also be an excuse, in the gym and in life, if you let it be.

  • "I can't beat that time. I'm too old."

Or it can be celebration.

  • "Holy cow! Did you see what he just did? At his age?"

But what age can't be is untrue.

It is what it is. The passing of our time here. And, young or old, either you make great use of the years, the months, the days, the hours, the seconds ... or you don't.

Age is what it is.

But what are you doing with your time here?
