Fear and Do It Anyway

We're all scared of something.

It's just a fact of life. Fear and breathing are inescapable in this human life, ever since caveman days.

But fear is not the important thing; what matters is what you do about your fear.

Personally, I’m scared of a few things, including roller coasters and the flip up into a handstand push-up. (And those costumed characters at Disneyland but we're not going to get into that right now.)

So, what to do? Ride the roller coasters and practice flipping up into a handstand push-up.

Own the fear or be owned by fear. It's that simple.

Some of us are scared of higher box jumps. So, what to do? Start practicing jumping onto a higher box.

Fear and do it anyway.
