Excuses. We all make them.

  • "I'm not built for squatting."
  • "I'm too heavy to do a pull-up."
  • "I'm not coordinated enough for double-unders."

It's all bullshit.If you want something, go and get it.Figure out what you have to do in order to do the things you want to do, in order to live the life you want to live.Stop blaming anybody or anything but your own spirit for what you don't have.Because if you don't have what you want, maybe it's because you don't want it badly enough and you haven't done the work to get it.Imagine how glorious life could be if you achieved all the things you really wanted.You can either make excuses or you can make it happen.Choose.
