Where would you be?
If you hadn't found CrossFit. Who would you be?
Better? Or a lesser person?
Sure, CrossFit is only a workout. A way to exercise. A way to be fit -- or get more fit.
Or maybe it's something more.
Maybe we've all made it something more.
Maybe this community took crazy workouts and the internet and made something that didn't really exist before.
Maybe we're all really messed up in the head.
Or maybe we just finally got clear.
Eat clean, move with purpose, do the right things.
Long ago, Greg Glassman said this: "All the right things for all the right people for all the right reasons."
Simple, huh?
