Some psychologists say that what we cannot tolerate in others is exactly what we cannot accept in ourselves.

They say that in order to become complete people, we must learn to accept all parts of ourselves: weak and strong, good and bad.Okay, fine.

Or, on second thought, f*** that.

Who's to say that theory is best?

And why should I accept the weak parts of myself? Why shouldn't I want to make them stronger? If I can improve, why not flippin' do so?

I bet those psychologists don't CrossFit.

And I'm pretty certain their overhead squats suck.

Screw that. I'm heading into the gym to get better.
