“What you put up with, you end up with.”
You put up with sloppy work, you get sloppy work.
You put up with muted hip, you get muted hip.
You put up with above parallel squats, you get above parallel squats.
You put up with cheating, you get cheating.
You put up with quitting on yourself, you get quitting on yourself.
You put up with disrespect, you get disrespect.
You put up with less than the best, then you get less than the best. All the time.
Is that the way you want to live?
Think about what you put up with . . . and decide if you want more of the same, in your workout or in life. Don’t complain, don’t get snarky, don’t moan. Keep your mouth shut and decide. And then act. Or accept that you’ll end up with more of the same.
