If you don’t like your life, change it.
If you don’t like some part of your life, work on it … and change it.
Life is way too short to be miserable.
Don’t give excuses about how you can’t change. Excuses are just a way of convincing yourself to feel okay about not doing anything.
It’s not okay to live a crappy life.
It’s not okay to live an unfulfilled life.
It’s not okay to be unhappy and refuse to do anything about it.
Do my words anger you or make you squirm? If so, maybe you have excuses. Maybe you’ve reasoned with yourself as to why you can’t make changes. Maybe you’re settling for being less than you can be.
I know, because I used to be you.
I had a “nice life” that was eating at my soul every hour of the day, every day of the year. Until one day, I said no more. And I broke free. It was painful, and it took a while, but life got better and I was finally living the life I was meant to live.
So now I’m here and I know what you can do: Decide to change.
And, if the answer is “I can’t change”? Well, enjoy your mediocre life. Spend your time typing inanities on your phone, being jealous of other people, and dreaming about what could have been.
Or there’s a better life. A better way. A better you. But you have to stand up and grab your chance.
Clean up your attitude. Clean up your words. Clean up your diet. Clean up your relationships. Clean up your life.
It can all get better or it can all get worse. You decide. Right now.
