Repeated so many times a day on social media. A virus that spreads in bus stop groups, coffee shops, conference rooms at work. And we let it flood our veins if we are not judicious in our media consumption.
Or we could just shut it off.

- Decide not to respond.
Decide not to shoot anger into our bloodstream. Decide to search for ways to work together instead of against.
