Something's Gotta Give

You reach that point and you know it: Something's gotta give.

Maybe it's too much work,too much stress, too much alcohol, too much eating, too many commitments, too much too much. It could be even . . . gasp . . . working out too much.

You can't place your finger on the trigger (or maybe you have been for months, when you really think about it) but it doesn't matter. You know it's time to change.

So change. 

Stop complaining and dreaming about change.

Act.

Pick something today that you can remove from your life and probably not miss very much. Find where you're only going through the motions and just stop. I'm betting that it's not exercise you need to remove, but if it is? Do it.

You need to be happy and fulfilled in your life. Not me, not. You. So do what you need to do.

Figure out what has to give. And give it away.
