There Will Be No Reset
I say this all the time but I'm not sure anyone really gets it: Life is short, and there is no do-over.
When the clock starts in your workout ... well, it's already been running for your whole life.
If you're screwing around, you better get moving. If you're wasting time, stop wasting and start doing.
You are never going to get more time on the clock. In the middle of the workout, no one all of a sudden resets the clock to zero. (And you would kill them if they did.)
That doesn't happen in life either.
Whether you're 25 or 35 or 45 or 85, the clock is running.
You better start living, and not just sit there and wait for things to happen.
