Pick One

Everything is dangerous.

The world is full of sharp, pointy objects and mean people. CrossFit sucks. Everything sucks. The best thing to do is nothing, because that's the safest. And typing on the Internet. You're safe there too and it requires little ski8l.

Darn it. It requires lots of some skill.

Or the world is wonderful and padded and full of fantastic people who only want to help you succeed.

Whoops.

That means you're two and your mom still puts bumpers on the coffee table to save your noggin when you trip on blocks or fall off your little horsey.

So, what's the truth?

Both these scenarios ... and neither.

Your world is exactly what you make it. Or what you don't make it. You have a brain. Listen, decide, act. You gather input and you make a choice.

You. Not me, not your neighbor, not your mom, not the President, and not CrossFit. You.

There's room for bellyaching in this life or there's room for success.

Pick which one you want: Complaining or succeeding.

3-2-1-Go.
