Be Better
Don't race to the bottom.
Don't be the person or the company that thinks price is the best criterion.
Don't sell yourself for less than you're worth – in your work or in your relationships.
Don't think that if you offer it cheaper, they will come. Not because they won't – but because maybe they will ... and maybe that's not the crowd you want. Think about it. Do you really want to be working for the people searching for cheapest instead of best?
Decide that quality matters and that you're not going to put crap into the world. The world has enough mediocre already, doesn't it?
Decide that giving the best experience possible to everyone you meet is your goal, no matter what you are doing. Big or small, these things matter.
Elevate your attitude and you'll elevate your life.
Decide that excitement and passion will rule your world, and that numbers will follow, on the platform and in your office.
Remember, some of those old sayings are true, like "Build a better mousetrap and the world will beat a path to your door."
Notice the word choice: Better, not cheaper.
People can always find cheaper. But they can't always find better.
Be better.
Race to the top.
