Clean
Let it go.
All of it.
Whatever you've been holding onto that is not useful or wonderful in your life: expectations, grudges, hurts, resentment, things.
Just let it go.
Look around your life and pick out what you absolutely need: Who and what you cannot survive without (or do not wish to survive without). Then take a critical eye to everything (and everyone) else.
Drop all the bullshit of your life:
the negative emotions
the wounds you're licking
the scars you're rubbing again and again.
What good is clinging to that pain?
What does it do for you?
How far will anger really take you?
Use anger when you need to—like to save your kids, or to PR on the platform—and ditch it the rest of the time.
You can't sail smoothly if you're dragging a heavy anchor.
William Morris once said: “Have nothing in your house that you do not know to be useful, or believe to be beautiful."
Your life is a house. Go clean. Now.
